Come to Toronto Harbour Nautical Centre for professional development opportunities to meet your team-building goals through unique group activities, all on Toronto’s beautiful central waterfront.
Our trained instructors will be present on all vessels to guide your team through fun and constructive exercises. No prior boating experience is necessary.
If you prefer to cruise rather than race, we can set your team sailing on your chosen vessel. Colleagues and clients will enjoy a relaxing sail along Toronto’s breathtaking skyline and islands with the opportunity to sail the boat under the guidance of our trained instructors. You set the pace.
Objective
To navigate and sail the outer harbour of the Toronto Islands, participants begin this experience by working as a crew and mastering various exercises before the cruise, such as: sailing upwind, sailing backward, tacking and gybing.
Value
Like in the workplace, communication and camaraderie are essential to a successful sail. Moreover, all positions on the boat are valuable and deserve attention in reaching your destination.
