We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals with a strong customer service focus to join our Office, Dock and Instructor teams. We are committed to diversity and inclusiveness and encourage qualified candidates from all backgrounds to apply.

Dock Supervisors -  This role requires integrating the effective management of resources, overseeing overall dock operations, and working with the THNC Operations Supervisor in the proactive maintenance of the fleet.

Marine Customer Service Crew - Marine Customer Service Crew, or “Dock Staff”, are responsible for outside boat operations, customer service and boat check outs/check ins. They are required to be front-line customer service representatives to members and the public.

Sales & Customer Service Representatives - These roles involve general administrative tasks, office support, and assisting with sales, customer service, as well as processing course registrations, memberships, and rentals. We are seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Junior Sail Camp Instructors - We are looking for responsible, experienced, and motivated CANSail & Keelboat instructors who can demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to relate to children, young people, and adults. We are also looking for team players who can interchange with the various Sailing Camp programs that we offer, and act as role model for our young sailors, creating a positive learning experience and nurturing environment. 

Sailing and Powerboating Instructors - We are looking for Sail Canada certified instructors to join our team and assist in teaching our adult courses. Our services rely on building meaningful relationships with customers who are new to boating. As an instructor, you will play a key role in fostering these connections and establishing the foundation for lasting relationships with our clientele.

Member Race Coach/Coordinator - Our successful Member Racing Programs are a popular evening activity for our members. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to ensure a positive experience for all participants. This role involves working closely with management and the Race Committee to further develop these events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging with people, maintaining a safe environment, and taking pride in their work.
